The Multi-Tech MVP2100 is a two port voip gateway.  Both ports are both FXO and FXS and /E&M/DID.  You can use this two port voip gateway to connect to any other Multi-tech voip gateway.  

It is used to extend any phone system port, phone or phone line to another location over the internet.

- Multi-Tech 2 port FXS/FXO/E&M/DID VOIP
- Ethernet connectivity and full IP compatibility with existing routers and WAN infrastructure
- Supports FXS/FXO on each channel for direct analog connection to phones, key telephones, fax machines, PBX extensions, PSTN lines or PBX trunks
- Supports SIP for sending voice over the Internet
- Voice compression to 5.3K per call with support for multiple algorithms, including ITU G.723 and G.729
- VAD and CNG support
- QoS via DiffServ or 802.1p
- PSTN failover automatically routes calls over the PSTN network if the IP network is down
- Supports SIP supplementary services including call forward, call transfer, and call hold
- T.38 real-time fax relay for interoperability among other VOIP equipment
- Configuration and management using a web browser or Windows
